• If you return a Bag in a damaged or dirty condition that exceeds normal wear,as determined by Bagaddictionworld is at its sole discretion shall be entitled to collect a replacement fee for such bags.Bagaddictionworld at its sole discretion may decide the amount charged if the bag is damaged or dirty. If the bag borrowed is lost or misplaced it will be the discretion of Bagaddictionworld to decide the replacement fee.

Limitation of Liability-                                                                                                                  

• Bag Addictionworld will not be held responsible for any direct ,consequential or indirect loss or damage of any kind suffered by users as a result of any act or omission of Bagaddictionworld.com. This clause extends beyond the lifespan of membership.
• Bagaddictionworld.com supply only authentic designer bags, as authenticated to the best of our ability. All the suppliers are rigorously checked, but Bagaddictionworld cannot be responsible for external companies misinterpretation or malpractice
